The OxyKnight® Watch Lite is a lightweight and compact wrist oximeter designed for continuous monitoring of adults’ oxygen saturation levels at home. This device offers the same High-Resolution Pulse Oximetry (HRPO) function – tracking and monitoring oxygen levels (SpO2), pulse rate, and sleep cycles – as the OxyKnight® Watch.
Compatibility with the existing OxyKnight® Watch mobile app provides reporting and monitoring functions, app-based data storage, and an app-based alarm that alerts to any drops in oxygen saturation levels. Designed with a soft, flexible fingertip cup and adjustable wrist strap, it is comfortable to wear for long periods.

CMI Health Inc. offers return for products purchased within 30 calendar days. The product must be in the same condition as you receive it, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase must be presented when requesting a return.
To request for a return, please follow the instruction below:

You may be asked to complete a return request form. CMI Health, Inc. may also require you to email a copy of your purchase confirmation to us.
- Label and ship the product, freight prepaid, to the address provided by CMI Health, Inc.
- Place any necessary return authorization number (RMA) form prominently in the return packaging. Return packaging not bearing a return authorization number when required may be refused.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. It may take up to 2 weeks of processing time until you receive the refund.
If the product is defected or malfunctioned caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions; use with equipment which it is not intended to be used; or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

What is covered and for how long?
CMI Health, Inc. warrants all our products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original purchasing date for the main device and six (6) months from the original purchasing date for the accessories*. Shipping and handling fee are free of charge under the warranty. CMI Health, Inc. agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair the defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge. Such repair, replacement or exchange is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt, order information or sales invoice.
*Accessories include, but not limited to, SpO2 sensor, USB data cable, USB charging cable, AC power adapter, carry case, stand, lithium battery, and wrist band.
Who is covered?
This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchased or the person receiving the product as a gift only. The products must be purchased directly from CMI Health, Inc. or authorized sellers* unless otherwise prohibited by law. We reserve the right to reject any warranty request for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resellers, or unauthorized website.

What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. It does not cover cosmetic or incidental damages. Also, the warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification or repair of the product. CMI Health, Inc. does not warrant or provide service or support for any third-party products.
CMI Health, Inc. takes no responsibility for conditions, damages or any associated cost caused by the products or by the repairing or replacement. We also would not pay for insurance, duties, taxes or any import fees.
How to obtain warranty service?
To obtain warranty service for products purchased from a verified third-party, retails within the North America or directly from CMI Health, Inc., you must return the product with proof of purchase using the following procedures:

The pulse Oximeter I purchased is easy to use and gives me clear accurate readings, and printable results I can show my Cardiologist.
Fully charged overnight, will not turn on. No one answers the phone or returns calls. Will dispute charge unless we arrive at a replacement.
The unit won't turn on and the instructions aren't good enough to help me solve the problem
It is accurate for the test now. But I'm still trying to get it to work on overnight test. I am doing somthing wrong but I haven't figured it out yet. I think your instructions need a little more detail. I will try a few more nights to get it right before I give up.
OK operation.
The app and watch don't work. We tried several times it will only stay on for around 20 min. We tried different phone and charing it several times. Now it reads that my pulse is 400000 beats per minute. I think its broken.

I can’t get the device to turn on unless it is on the charger and I can’t get it to connect with my phone. I had someone reach out to help but haven’t heard back on what to do next.

The large, bulky finger probe catches on linens. I was doing a continuous monitoring and the “feed” was lost for a couple hours during the night, so lost the data for the middle sleep hours, until I repositioned the probe.
While it is nice that a low cost device like this is available, the device itself doesn't store any information and depends entirely on its companion app to record data. I've been unable to gather data while sleeping so far because recording stops immediately or shortly after my phone screen turns off, despite granting the app every conceivable permission for running in the background, do not disturb exceptions, etc. This has made the hardware pretty much useless to me. It would be far improved by being capable of recording 8-10 hours of data itself, then syncing that data to the app later.
It doesn’t sinc to Bluetooth.
The device is not staying all night as it is suppose to. I called and left a message and did not receive a return call.

Device doesn’t turn on no matter how long I charge it. Red light will glow while plugged in, but not once unplugged. Sent email requesting a replacement on Sunday, but still have not heard back.

I cannot get on website. won’t let me in. called them no help
It has not worked even once yet. It is charged but it doesn't stay on. We have tried all sorts of things, but for the few minutes it's on, it has not given even one reading. I am super disappointed and there's no real manual to help us figure out what we may be doing wrong.
Great customer service via email!
Seems to have low battery or no battery. Shuts off after 2 hours and the app shows last pulse and saturation value ongoing for the next 3/hours. Difficult to turn on/finicky switch only works sometimes. Got 2 units and neither will record overnight oximetry so I am returning
Shuts off after 30 minute on continuous testing.
I was thinking it was a finger piece only. But it works.

Cant get it to work. Got tech support from jasmin who was wonderful. Its not quick and simple for me. Would like a refund. Try every night using it. Please give me instructions for refund please
Returned it. Even after charging for hours, stopped monitoring after 14 minutes. App doesn't display minimum oxygen level, which is the most important metric. Apparently it is only available by downloading a PDF report. The return process was excessive. Received return label by email. Printed it, attached it and sealed the box. Ten minutes after first email arrived, received form that was required to be completed and placed inside box. The form asked for information that had previously been supplied. It was a word document that was not designed well. If you require such a form, it should be done as a fillable PDF form to make data entry easier.
Works like advertised. Instructions for which app to load and how to check that the device works is not very clear. Could be better instructions.

Poor to little instructions how to connect to iPad. Using the QR CODE only tells you that it is not available in this country USA we were finally able to connect searching the Internet for information. Then, after all that the unit will not take a charge. We are now waiting for the response on refunding our money.
Received the product, fully charged it according to instructions, turned it on and connected to the app. Unfortunately the oximeter just randomly turns itself off after a few minutes - it just stops communicating with the app and the red light inside the finger sensor just turns off. I tried charging it again, but same thing happens just after few minutes of trying to use it in "constant monitoring" mode. It's basically unusable, and a huge waste of money. Even if I will try to return it - the shipping costs are not covered by company.
Despite being charged and emailing customer service about the unit, I never received it. It never got delivered after waiting a month. I am open to revising my review if customer service responds.
I believe the device works okay. Reasonably comfortable to wear while sleeping. The product documentation is very light in content - missing key information with no additional online info. The models listing in the support app doesn't show the model I purchased so it was difficult trying to communicate initially. Your customer support team is very helpful and responded in 24 hours with answers. The reporting provides poor detail on long session tests. It truncates or eliminates key granular data in order to fit the entire graph on one page. I'm still waiting to hear back from your customer support regarding alternative reporting options. I would feel comfortable recommending this product if you can provide better product documentation (even if it's just on your website) and give better options to use the key captured data.
